Student mobility: considerations regarding personality and concerns

Studying abroad during one's degree has become increasingly important in recent years. For this reason, the author examines student mobility in this work and, in this context, investigates whether and to what extent students' personality traits play a role in their decision to study abroad or not. Self-efficacy is also considered, as it can be regarded as a sub-aspect of personality. Furthermore, the author addresses the concerns people have prior to a stay abroad. What fears are expressed, and which of these have a negative impact on the decision?
