Larry is a citizen of the Galactic Union, a Federation of advanced planets. He works as an undercover agent for the Interstellar Exploration Program, and on a routine mission he stumbles on a covert operation by Zilon, a ruthless member planet of the Union. In the process, a fellow agent is killed.
