Bol Partner Imagine a book whose pages literally recreate your favourite scenes from your favourite movies - in full motion. Sounds like something out of a Star Wars movie, right? How perfect, then, that Rufus Butler Seder chose Star Wars as the subject of his next book, which brings to life ten of the most iconic and memorable scenes from all six classic movies. Darth Vader's final lightsaber duel with Obi Wan Kenobi, R2D2 and C3PO making their way across the sands of Tatooine; Luke's targeted descent into the trenches of the Death Star; Princess Leia giving R2D2 the stolen plans; General Grievous with his four lightsabers spinning; Yoda and Emperor Palpatine locked in an epic Sith Lightning duel; the Millennium Falcon zooming out of eating range of the giant asteroid slug; Anakin and Padme's tender love scene at the entrance of the Geonosian Battle Arena; Boba Fett gliding on his jetpack; and, Darth Maul's thrilling double-bladed light saber battle against Qui Gon Jinn are all brought to life by the magic of Scanimation.
