Sports and Human rights law

The book sports and Human rights law is an academic book to cater to the identification, adherence, promotion and implementation of human rights and its operation in the sporting world. The book identifies about 11 human rights items recognized by international law and norms and how they can be identified, promoted and implemented for the benefit of the stakeholders in the sporting world. The book seeks to synthesize sports and the various rights such as sports and the right to life, sports and the right to movement, sports and the right to franchise, sports and the right of freedom from discrimination etc. This book is designed to be the authority and precedent on the area of sports and human rights to cater to the human rights needs of the human rights of stakeholders in the sporting space.
