Spiritual Gangster Recovery: 12 Stepology(TM) Facilitator EditionWhere lived experience, spiritual principles, recovery, and practical facilitation come together. The Spiritual Gangster Recovery 12 Stepology(TM) Facilitator Edition is designed for counselors, peer recovery supporters, group facilitators, case managers, recovery coaches, treatment professionals, faith-based leaders, and others who have been called to walk alongside people seeking a new way of life.Built around the 12 Stepology(TM) approach, this facilitator edition transforms the principles of 12-Step recovery into an engaging framework for group discussion, personal reflection, spiritual growth, and practical skill development. It integrates recovery principles with concepts and skills influenced by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, acceptance, and healthy communication.Across the twelve pathways, facilitators are given tools to explore powerful recovery themes including powerlessness, surrender, acceptance, faith, honesty, vulnerability, forgiveness, accountability, character development, spiritual principles, daily inventory, prayer and meditation, relationships, service, and carrying the message to others. This edition also includes facilitator-focused resources, discussion questions, experiential exercises, role-play opportunities, additional handouts, and guidance for creating groups where participants can feel heard, respected, challenged, and supported. At the center of 12 Stepology(TM) is a simple belief: the person sitting in front of us matters more than the worksheet, lesson, diagnosis, or curriculum.Recovery is more than abstinence. It is the rebuilding of a life. It is learning to develop a relationship with God, ourselves, our families, and the people around us. It is replacing old patterns with spiritual principles and discovering that our most painful experiences can eventually become part of how we help someone else.Strong enough to surrender. Bold enough to grow.Welcome to Spiritual Gangster Recovery 12 Stepology(TM) Facilitator Edition.
