This document examines the spatial distribution of potential breeding sites for malaria vectors, as well as environmental, climatic, and anthropogenic factors, using technologies (remote sensing, Geographic Information Systems) for the collection, processing, and management of geographic information and malaria morbidity statistics in Commune I of the Bamako District. The various data sets used include: rainfall data, population density, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), land use, unsanitary conditions, hydrological network, reasons for seeking medical care, cases of malaria, topography, and soil types. The approach adopted enabled the determination of malaria vulnerability levels by neighborhood through these analyses.
