The mysteries of time and space have yet to be fully understood. This book continues the search for the change of time that affects all processes. The Space-Time Theory of the author is given a new basis in the author's Two-Tier Theory. The basis of the theory is an all-pervasive gravity-related condensate that has two interrelated consequences: its macroscopic effect is to make time increase everywhere through its inner growth of entropy, and its quantum effect is to ameliorate particle interactions so that their effects are always finite in perturbation theory. Space-Time Theory is now a consequence in the new Two-Tier Gravity - as it should be.The book then proceeds to show that Gravitation and elementary particle theory have a deep common basis in the quaternions and sedenions of the Cayley-Dickson Construction process in Cosmos Theory. The Strong Interaction and the ElectroWeak interaction map directly to a vector electromagnetic-like quantum field B and the Riemann-Christoffel curvature (second rank) tensor. A new General Relativity is then born that we called Enhanced Extended General Relativity (EEGR). It has remarkable features including explaining why the gravitation constant G has an inverse mass squared form, and predicting an Absolute Reference Frame such as Einstein and Newton considered.This book takes EEGR further by putting it in a Two-Tier Theory form called Two-Tier General Relativity (TTGR). With this form the theory always gives finite results for Feynman diagrams - not only for this universe but for universes of any dimension. (Cosmos spaces can have dimensions greater than four.) TTGR has two condensate potentials in it - one for a macroscopic B condensate and one for quantum gravity effects. The book explores the perturbation theory of TTGR showing its very beneficial results.A careful examination of the map between symmetry group interactions and Gravity features shows that the map corresponds exactly to the superspin description of symmetry group features in the author's earlier books. The Lumiverse of superspins then is developed into a universe with fields for particle quantum gauge fields and for Gravitation vectors and second rank tensors. The Lumiverse is real for symmetries and Gravitation formulations just as our universe is real for us. We now have a correlated understanding of the fundamental theories of existence: Elementary Particle Theory and Gravitation. Surprisingly alike - but surprisingly different. A book worthy of attention!
