This work develops an innovative proposal for the understanding and ethical transformation of conflict from a philosophical, scientific and systemic viewpoint. Based on the analysis of ADR, the Integral Systemic-Eclectic Method is constructed, which integrates philosophy, systems theory, complex thinking, ethics and contemporary science. The research proposes to overcome traditional mediation models focused only on technique, in order to understand conflict as a dynamic and relational manifestation of the human condition. In this sense, contributions from Socrates, Kant, Hegel, Gadamer and Habermas are articulated, together with authors such as Bertalanffy, Morin, Maturana, Varela, Capra, Jonas and Einstein. The work incorporates the reflection on the role of the observer, consciousness and perception in the construction of reality, basing the concept of mediation-consciousness. Finally, it presents a methodological proposal oriented to the ethical transformation of conflict, a new look at contemporary mediation, based on the integration of knowledge, ethical responsibility and human dignity.
