Sistemas de Familia Interna (Ifs): Manual Para La Autoexploración

A manual to help you work independently with Internal Family Systems and thus foster inner harmony and peace. This work is endorsed by Richard C. Schwartz, the creator of the model. Transform the way you relate to your internal world and your mind with this clear and structured guide to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, an evidence-based therapeutic approach focused on working with the parts that inhabit our psychological dimension. The IFS model sees every person as having an "internal family" made up of parts or subpersonalities, each with its own thoughts, emotions, and roles. Some parts carry the pain of the past, while others try to keep that pain from surfacing. When we understand and accept them, these subpersonalities can release the burdens they carry and heal.
