Simon and Circuits

Simon Hughes is having the worst summer of his life. Moving from Maine to Indiana means saying 'goodbye' to the beach and' hello' to corn...lots and lots of corn. It's not a fair trade. Simon's only goal is to get back to Maine as soon as possible. All he needs is a little help from his super computer and best friend, Circuits, and some cash. When his neighbor, Maryanne, shows him around town he sees exactly what he's been looking for: a flyer for a painting competition with a grand prize of $1000! Can Simon paint? No, he cannot. Can Simon invent a machine to help him paint? He sure can! With Maryanne's help, Simon and Circuits are ready to build the best paint cannon the world has ever seen and crush the competition. However, there's a couple of obstacles Simon wasn't expecting. One is Beatrice Jones, Maryanne's arch rival and hater of all Maryanne's friends. The other is Maryanne. He wasn't expecting the girl next door to be so fun to hang out with....and cute. Can Simon overcome Beatrice's sabotage to win the competition? If he does win, will he be able to leave behind Maryanne? Read to find out!
