Silenced Key

Two friends bonded by Amateur Radio. Murder over the airwaves... It's August 2021. The last two years haven't gone well for Doug Anders. He lost his job, his girlfriend, and his apartment. Doug has only two good things in his life: Amateur radio aka Ham Radio and his friend, Carl from Florida whom he talks to or ragchews with weekly over the radio waves. When Carl was murdered live on the air during one of their ragchews, Doug makes it his mission to find Carl's killer. After flying from Massachusetts to Miami, Doug meets Detective A-Rod. While using his radio at the park where Carl died, Doug finds a key piece of evidence. This discovery leads to a life-or-death struggle, secrets from the past are revealed, and a new path forward for Doug. "Silenced Key" is a debut novel which mixes familiar genres, such as murder mystery, historical fiction, action-adventure, and the spy thriller with a new twist.
