Bol Patricia Bradford started her publishing journey with the simple goal of distracting herself from a worldwide pandemic. She also had a secondary goal of earning enough royalties to take herself and a friend to lunch (once the world opened again). Then she published a second book, and then a third, and so on. After over five years of publishing, she can no longer deny that she has, in fact, become a romance author.Being a romance author, or any type of author, was never in her plans. But sometimes the best paths in life are the ones that come as a complete surprise. Come along as Patricia reminisces about her journey from writing a Regency romance on a dare to launching her tenth book as a surprise for her newsletter subscribers. The journey has rarely been smooth, and she has picked up a few bumps and bruises along the way. But she also learned some important lessons. About writing, about publishing, and about herself. Which is the most important part, right?
