Security Policies and Expenditures in Sub-Saharan Africa: An Analysis Using the Stochastic Frontier (SFA) Method

Abstract: Security spending in Sub-Saharan Africa is of paramount importance in that it reinforces security policies. It supports government spending efforts, which are enormous in this regard. The purpose of our study is to evaluate the technical efficiency of security spending and to identify the factors responsible for its inefficiency.
