Season of the Sticks

Detective Levon Wolfe of the Portland PD is called to Fletcher Cove, a coastal village in Downeast Maine, to assist with the investigation into the murder of Llewelyn Bouchard.Levon arrives in Fletcher Cove with one agenda: to solve the case and move on. But the more time he spends there, the more he feels like he has entered a dreamworld. The village - beautiful and mysterious - is filled with a disarmingly quirky cast of characters, and while the case itself is convoluted, the deeper he digs, the more invested he becomes. But whether his investment is solely in unmasking the killer, in the people he meets along the way, or in himself, he couldn't be sure. What he didn't expect, and was unprepared to find, was an inkling that perhaps he had come home. The one thing Levon knows for sure is that Bouchard was a man with many secrets... which one of them got him killed?
