In most cases, however, these references were based on fabricated or unreliable versions of the manuscript, which were often used to support predetermined interpretations. This has caused considerable confusion among researchers and has raised doubts about the accuracy of material attributed to the memoirs.The publication of the original and complete text of Soleiman Behboudi's memoirs, together with the memoirs of Shams Pahlavi and Ali Yazdi, represents an important step toward resolving this confusion. At the same time, it provides scholars and readers with comprehensive, firsthand information about one of the most sensitive and consequential periods in Iran's modern history.In addition to the complete text of the memoirs, this volume contains an extensive appendix featuring historical documents, archival materials, and photographs published here for the first time. These materials further enhance the authenticity, scholarly value, and historical significance of the book.
