Unfortunately, being wronged is a part of life. What matters most in those situations is how we react to the circumstances and the people who let us down. Do we forgive and ask God for strength…or do we take up an offense and continue in bitterness? Unforgiveness is one of those dark and insidious strongholds that can creep in and destroy every inch of our lives. It can make us spiritually and physically sick and cause our other relationships to suffer. Jesus, however, both directed and modeled for us how to forgive.
