Queen Mary of Sandgate

When young Mary, the sacred temple cat from Myanmar was chauffeured to her new home, she struggled to conceal her disappointment. As a Queen, she was expecting a palace, or at least a modest castle, but her servants, the Duke and Dutchess of Sandgate, could only offer her a view of the sea from their newly renovated water-front home. No wonder Mary snuck out to explore the world, only to find that curiosity almost killed the cat.Queen Mary's life spiralled out of control, but as a regal and gracious Queen, Mary humbly accepted her new unpretentious surroundings, and began to train her latest servants, Missy, Spring and Jack. In time, her life developed a steady rhythm, to the extent that she even admitted to feeling content. She certainly wasn't expecting to be kidnapped. Or should that be catnapped? How could Mary, the refined Queen of Sandgate, outwit her abductors? Would she ever see Missy, Spring and Jack again?
