Quality Management and its Control Tools

Faced with a globalised and competitive scenario, the integration of the supply and maintenance sectors with quality aims to seek continuous improvement as a differential. With this in mind, this study seeks to understand which are the main methods and processes as a strategic factor for organisations and, through these studies, to show that the gains from standardisation increase the success rate of organisations, reduce the level of uncertainty and risk in maintenance supplies and, consequently, help to meet targets and proposals.
