Problem Solving KS2 Book 2, Colourful Maths New Curriculum

'The books are based on many years of research! And lots of love! All the problems and puzzles in this book are based on the everyday life of my own children and their friends, as well as other children that I have been lucky to teach! I wanted to create books that are colourful, full of life and energy , because to me that's what Mathematics is.'' BellePrimary Maths is a fun and child centred approach to teaching mathematical operations such as +, -, /, x, through worded problems and puzzles. These books are for children who are happy to answer direct questions but find it difficult to solve worded problems. The workbooks are build around 2 children, their puppy and real life situations. The design of the books encourages independent thinking and problem solving skills. We have created a series of books full of worded problems and questions to encourage the curiosity and love for mathematics. The first three books are for children in Primary. They are suitable for children 7 - 9 years old (depending on their reading skills). The three key aims of Mathematics are: 1. Become fluent 2. Reason 3. Solve ProblemsAll books are dyslexia and student friendly.
