Told through a series of interlocking stories between the past and present, Ernie Morrison recounts the significant moments of his life. In his youth, Ernie was focused on drinking and partying, choosing to spend his summer working in a summer camp with his friend. It was here he met the love of his life, Jamie. When Jamie becomes pregnant, their families rip them apart, neither side willing to let their child marry someone outside of their religion.
