Bol The teenage pregnancies (16-19 age) were increased from 13.8% (2018) to 17.1% (2019) in Sri Lanka. This study was conducted to determine the impacts of Peer Influence, Socio economic status, Knowledge of Sexual transmitted Diseases and knowledge of Safety measures of pregnancy towards Awareness of Healthcare Education related to Adolescent Pregnancy. The Results of this project will be beneficial to the Education and Health Authorities for understanding the weaknesses of the existing Health Education by analyzing major causes and social issues of adolescent pregnancy to develop Healthcare Education. And the results will be supported for re-integration of adolescent girls to the educational system of the country without educational disruption due to pregnancy. It will beneficial to be useful to the economy of the society without being a social burden. And elimination of adolescent pregnancy saves unessential wastage of money which causes to development of economy. The findings of the report will be beneficial for new researchers to realize the reality of existing Healthcare Education to do further researches to eliminate adolescent pregnancies from Asian countries.
