The daily stresses mount up and exacerbate the burnout process if potential protective factors are neglected. For successful burnout prevention in the teaching profession, it is therefore essential to identify and utilise various approaches at an early stage in order to safeguard, in the long term, both the teacher's health and their productivity and the quality of teaching.
