This book addresses the challenges faced by young entrepreneurs as they embark on their entrepreneurial journey. In this book, I highlight the psychology of the entrepreneur: the entrepreneur is the captain of the ship and must therefore have nerves of steel to weather all the storms of the entrepreneurial journey. Whilst the waves may be violent, the captain must keep his cool, lest he cause the ship and its crew to capsize. The parallel here is clearly drawn with the business and its employees; it is therefore to prevent this 'drowning' and to anticipate feelings of fear that I have sought to draw the young entrepreneur's attention to these matters in this book. Beyond this exploration of the entrepreneur's mindset, I've included practical advice to help young entrepreneurs avoid the mistakes made by those who came before them. I therefore invite you to keep this book to hand for any entrepreneurial venture you might wish to undertake.
