Poems, Tales, & Other English Words: Issue 5

Poems, Tales & Other English Words: Issue 5 marks a milestone for the series - the fifth edition of a publication dedicated to amplifying compelling literary voices, and the first time it has been printed as a standalone poetry anthology rather than a magazine.Bringing together a global chorus of poets, this collection arrives at a time when language itself feels under pressure. The work here is raw, hearts-on-the-page writing: from everyday routines to heart-wrenching events, spanning cultures, ages, genders, and ways of seeing the world. Many contributors are publishing for the first time; others return after long absences. United by a shared love of language and a distinctive flair for expression, these poems explore memory, class, displacement, grief, survival, and love with clarity, intent, and honesty.
