Alfonso K. Dormu Jr. has 30+ years of leadership experience, including fundraising and coordinating programs on a grass roots level. He has a thorough understanding of inner city culture and possesses the appropriate personality mix to insure effectiveness and reliability. He assures that our organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented and represented in a strong, respectable manner. He is a native member of the community to remain relevant and useful in the community recreation and community centers. He keeps his ear to the streets, maintains and builds relationships at the grass roots level and utilizes his experience as a community based entrepreneur to insure that a bridge between the streets and the boardroom remain.
