Pause, Applause, Menopause.

Navigating perimenopause and menopause is no easy feat. My hope is that 'Pause, Applause, Menopause' will work as a conversation starter and allow women to share their experiences and support each other; whilst still been able to laugh at the challenges associated with this life transition. As a fellow sufferer Louise understands how hard this stage can be. It is important we keep the conversation going and what better way to start the conversation than with a little humor. With over 50 humorous anecdotes that include night sweats, brain fog, HRT patches, weight gain, anxiety, men, hair loss, rage etc. this funny menopause book will certainly make you giggle and is the perfect gift for any lady facing perimenopause and menopause. Historically, women didn't speak openly enough about menopause so it's up to us to break the silence and make the path that little bit smoother for the next generation of women that follow us. It's a privilege to grow older so let us pause a moment to applause all the women who have navigated perimenopause and menopause. Well done to you for everything you have achieved to date and for all you have yet to do.
