Out of the Cold

Out of the Cold is a powerful testimony of grace at work in a life the world had all but given up on. Born into abandonment and shaped by abuse, Liisa Grace's childhood gave way to years of trauma, addiction, and homelessness. By her teens, she was surviving on the streets, trapped in cycles of violence and despair, convinced she was beyond saving. But in the depths of her brokenness, she encountered not judgment, but a love strong enough to reach her — and a God who refused to let her go. With unflinching honesty and deep humility, Out of the Cold traces a journey from shattered beginnings to hard-won healing. This is not a story of easy answers or instant restoration, but of a faithful God who meets the wounded in their suffering, teaches them to forgive, and patiently rebuilds what sin and sorrow have torn apart. Written for anyone who has ever felt abandoned, unseen, or unworthy of grace, Out of the Cold proclaims a timeless truth of the Christian faith: no life is beyond redemption, no past beyond forgiveness, and no heart too cold for the transforming love of Christ.
