Bol Three days in the life of a middle-aged man contemplating a change of profession while caring for his aging father, visiting his hospitalized brother, and catching up with a fascinating but disturbingly misogynistic childhood friend. All this while our unnamed narrator, our man, our hero, "our representative though worrisome mensch," drifts into a challenging flirtation with a beautiful college girl he's met in a cafe. Originally drafted in 2012, Our Man inspired some of the themes treated in the film Where to Land in 2025.
