Some theoretical and applied aspects of criminal and clinical psychology are considered. Emphasis is placed on little considered problems. In the theory of psychology these are facts of behavior and its determination. In practice it is the consideration of quality of life, mechanisms of psychological defenses, self-inflicted death and addiction. The problems are presented from the epistemological positions of the modern stage of the postnonclassical paradigm in psychology.
