One Covenant: Understanding God’s Redemptive Plan from Abraham to Christ

One Covenant presents the Bible as one continuous, unified story of redemption-unfolding from Genesis to Revelation and finding its fulfillment in Jesus Christ. For generations, many Christians have approached the Old and New Testaments as though they tell two separate stories: one concerning Israel and another concerning the Church. One Covenant challenges that division and invites readers to rediscover the continuity of God's redemptive plan.Beginning with God's promises to Abraham and tracing their development through the Law, the prophets, the Feasts of the Lord, and the New Testament, Martin Macfoy demonstrates how these seemingly separate parts of Scripture belong to one unfolding story centered in Christ.Readers will discover how the biblical feasts illuminate the death, burial, resurrection, and redemptive work of Jesus; why the Old Testament remains essential to understanding the New; how God's promises and prophecies find their fulfillment in Christ; and how reading Scripture in its historical and covenantal context brings greater clarity to the Bible as a whole. One Covenant reconnects the Feasts with the Lord of the Feasts, the promises with their fulfillment, and the Old Testament foundation with the New Testament revelation. One Lord. One Faith. One Baptism. One Covenant.
