One Blood, Vessel

When Christian and Hameeda meet at university, they fall in love without a struggle -- it is a meeting of minds. But because both of them are virgins and naive, they keep it low and slow. And then everyone on campus gets suspicious and confused. How can a brother and a sister fall in love? Christian and Hameeda look like twins and so it is nonsensical that they are actually dating. But are they really twins from the same womb? Then why do Christian come from a Christian family and Hameeda from an Islamic family? But if they indeed are twins from one blood and one vessel, what doom awaits them now that they are preparing to get married after their graduation?
