Ollie and Rosie: A friendship that grows

In a sunny little garden, Ollie the Oak Tree and Rosie the Rose Bush are the very best of friends. As the seasons change, Ollie grows taller and begins seeing clouds, birds, and distant hills. Rosie stays close to the ground, where she notices butterflies, ladybugs, tiny buds, and soft green grass. At first, Rosie enjoys hearing about Ollie's view. But soon, she begins to feel left out and worries that their differences mean they can no longer be friends. With kindness, listening, and an honest conversation, Ollie helps Rosie understand that true friendship does not require seeing or feeling everything the same way. Ollie and Rosie: A Friendship That Grows is a gentle children's picture book about friendship, communication, acceptance, empathy, and respecting different points of view. The book also includes five engaging activity pages that encourage children to explore feelings, kindness, friendship, and creativity.
