+o-

+o- is the story of Simon Echevarria, a child with severe autism who, against all odds, manages to decipher one of the most complex enigmas in biomedicine: the anticipatory correction of cancer at the cellular level. He doesn't utter a word until the age of eight. At sixteen, he develops an artificial intelligence capable of teaching the immune system to detect genetic errors before they become tumors. At nineteen, he receives the Nobel Prize in Medicine. He says nothing.Told through fragments of diaries, forensic records, lost interviews, and overlapping voices, this novel doesn't just tell a life story, but a threshold: that of the human when it drifts away from language and approaches code.Between brilliance and silence, between what can be measured and what slips away, +o- is an elegy for all those who, from inaccessible worlds, have offered miracles the world never knew how to thank.
