North of Divinity: 1

Some revelations don't set you free. They light the match.Father Nathan Kane doesn't pray like other priests. He swears like a sailor, drinks like a fish, and performs exorcisms with the mechanical precision of a man fixing a busted carburetor. But when alien hybrids reveal themselves in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Nathan's unconventional faith gets tested by something bigger than any demon he's ever cast out. The Monotheo - a cosmic deity swollen on centuries of human worship - is hungry. Not just for souls. For everything.Nathan teams up with Cara Thompson, a nurse who's survived her own alien abduction, and Julian Cross, an extraterrestrial scientist waging war against the divine parasite. Together with Sophie Keene, a hybrid who sees the monsters feeding on human souls, they're humanity's last hope against an enemy that's been wearing a god's face.As religious extremists mobilize and the Monotheo strikes back, Nathan must choose to either cling to a faith that's been betraying him all along, or stand with the aliens and burn it all down.A gritty sci-fi thriller about faith, cosmic horror, and the cost of seeing what's really out there.
