Het project Who Built the Moon? ontstond uit de samenwerking tussen Noel Gallagher (High Flying Birds) en producer, DJ en componist David Holmes, en is het vervolg na de succesplaat Chasing Yesterday uit 2015. Ter gelegenheid van het nieuwe album staat Noel Gallagher op 19 april in AFAS Live. Het oorspronkelijke album Who Built the Moon? werd uitgebracht in 2017; de release werd toen verzorgd door Ignition en het vinyl verschijnt via Sour Mash Records Ltd.
