Nobel Peace Prize Leadership Management Facing Global Crisis

In an increasingly volatile and interconnected world, global crises-ranging from geopolitical conflicts and economic disruptions to pandemics and environmental challenges-have intensified the complexity of organizational leadership. This study explores the role of leadership management in navigating global crises, emphasizing strategic adaptability, organizational resilience, and effective decision-making under uncertainty. Drawing on contemporary management theories and empirical insights, including perspectives aligned with Hapzi Ali and Dian Damayanti, the paper develops an integrative framework that links leadership effectiveness with human resource agility, crisis governance, and performance sustainability.The study adopts a conceptual and literature-based approach, synthesizing findings from recent scholarly works on crisis leadership, strategic management, and organizational behavior.It identifies key leadership competencies required during crises, including adaptive thinking, transparent communication, risk anticipation, and ethical responsibility.
