Nimue: the Lady Beneath Lake

Beneath the still waters of legend lives Nimue, the Lady of the Lake, whose name rises through mist, moonlight, and forgotten songs. Before she became keeper of Excalibur, before Merlin vanished beneath stone and Arthur's final blade returned to mystery, she was a child of moonwater, born beside a hidden lake that knew her soul.In this mythic retelling, Nimue's story unfolds through dreams, enchantment, love, grief, sovereignty, and sacred transformation. She learns the language of water, meets Merlin beneath hawthorn boughs, faces the sorrowful cost of power, and becomes guardian of the sacred waters entwined with Arthur's fate. No longer a maiden in another man's tale, she rises into her own legend as the Lady Beneath the Lake. Each chapter carries you through pure mythology storytelling, followed by gentle reflections and meditations that invite stillness, inner wisdom, healing, and remembrance. This book is both a journey through ancient myth and a quiet passage inward, where Nimue's transformation becomes a mirror for your own. Beneath the lake, she remains holy, sovereign, and eternal, her name remembered by every sacred water.
