"Sunday Ehindero was born in Jos, Plateau on March 20, 1946. He had his primary, secondary and post-secondary education in Jos, Benin, Ile-Oluji, Ibadan in Plateau, Edo, Ondo and Oyo States respectively. After a three years stint as a graduate teacher, he was appointed into the Nigeria Police Force in 1973 as a cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police.He is widely read and is known to have pioneered police prosecutions in the Superior Courts of Record (High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court).
