Special effects artiest Billy Hughes (Sudina) wordt op een nacht per ongeluk opgesloten in de studio en is verbaasd dat er een kleine filmploeg aan het werk is. Wanneer ze getuige is van de brute moord op de actrice en zich realiseert dat ze een snuff film aan het maken zijn, vlucht ze, maar de politie kan geen lichaam vinden en gelooft haar niet. Alleen rechercheur Larsen (Oleg Jankowskij) denkt dat er enige waarheid schuilt in haar beweringen en hij begint een onderzoek. Ondertussen jagen de verantwoordelijke criminelen op Billy, vastbesloten om de enige getuige van hun misdaad uit te schakelen. De cast bestaat verder uit Fay Ripley en Evan Richards.
