Mother's Purpose

A mother who focuses only on her children and does not attend to their needs runs the risk of depersonalizing herself and obstructing her ability to emotionally connect with her children. In Mother's Purpose I allow myself to accompany you through short reflections and action notes and invite you to create a daily space where you find yourself and give meaning to your experience as a mother. Between the practical and the transcendent, the chapters have two intentions: Discover that motherhood is just an excuse to rise to the next level of the experience of love for yourself and your children. Know some simple and practical actions that, throughout my 10 years of experience as a parenting consultant, have been successful in generating peace in the home and in promoting the strengthening of relationships with children.
