Miss Betsy the Student Teacher

Although Betsy was great at teaching others, she had ONE BIG FEAR: talking in front of many people! Betsy has known ever since she was a little girl that she is meant to be a teacher. But when she has to speak in front of the whole classroom, she feels like a nervous, wobbly mess. Her legs tremble, her voice shakes, her words jumble together, and something always seems to go wrong. Miss Betsy doesn't know what to do; she loves teaching more than anything! With the support of her mentor and a kind student who helps her feel less alone, she discovers her spark and realizes she is exactly where she's meant to be. Miss Betsy the Student Teacher is an inspiring story about following your dreams even when they feel scary. This book is perfect for children, student teachers, and anyone beginning something new. It reminds readers that it's okay to make mistakes, that it's okay to feel unsure, and that everyone has fears-they're part of learning.
