Bennie Nobles, born in the Carrollton area of New Orleans, grew up as theeldest of four, shaped by a close-knit family.His father, a World War II Navy veteran, transitioned from insurance tofulfilling his dream of running a neighborhood grocery store, where the authorlearned the value of hard work.Childhood memories include Catholic schooling, family moves betweenNew Orleans and Metairie, and formative moments-from a BB gun injurythat required months of recovery to humorous family stories.In this autobiography, the author looks back at his life and career, startingwith his choice to pursue pre-med at Loyola University in New Orleans. Hewent on to earn a degree from LSU Medical School.Choosing obstetrics and gynecology, he trained during an intense residencyat Charity Hospital, gaining hands-on experience delivering thousands of babiesand encountering both extraordinary and tragic cases.Guided by strong mentors and grounded in faith, he built a long, impactfulcareer in medicine-delivering babies for more than fifty years.The author is humbled and blessed to share the Lord's blessings in his lifewith others-and he prays that the Lord will speak to his readers through Hisword in the Bible.
