This book is the culmination of my experiences over the last twenty-five years. However, it is told in everyone's voice because everyone's journey is different. Living in te moment is indescribable; it is the definition of "stopping to smell the roses." If you try it honestly, you will feel a change in weeks, not months or years. That change will get better and better over time. It doesn't require anything else on your part: no religion, no chanting (unless you want to), and no special equipment.
