Micros: Shrunk in the Mist

When eleven-year-old Jaiden Carter sets off on a family camping trip to Wild Pines Nature Preserve, he expects boredom, bugs, and bad Wi-Fi-not to be turned the size of an acorn. A mysterious silver Mist sweeps through the forest, shrinking Jaiden and his family into a world ruled by the Micros-tiny, intelligent people who live among the roots and leaves. Now stuck in a massive wilderness where a frog is as big as a monster and raindrops fall like cannonballs, Jaiden must team up with a squad of fierce (and sometimes funny) Micro warriors-Luma, Rush, Tilo, and Bran-to find his lost sister and uncover the Mist's ancient secret. As he battles beetles, crosses deadly bridges, and soars on giant warbirds, Jaiden learns that courage isn't about being fearless-it's about standing tall, even when you're only two inches high. Full of heart, humor, and cinematic adventure, Micros: Shrunk in the Mist is a thrilling middle-grade fantasy about family, bravery, and discovering that even the smallest person can make a huge difference.
