Medium Sized Mosters Meandering in my Medulla

Separated by distance, addiction, and the brutal weight of life, two brothers raised by different families in New Jersey spent years trying to reconnect while battling their own personal demons. Before his tragic death from heroin addiction, Sal dreamed of writing a book alongside his brother, David Michael Joseph. What began as late-night phone calls filled with hope, pain, dark humor, and survival became a powerful underground literary collaboration after Sal's passing. Blending gritty memoir, literary fiction, neo-noir storytelling, and raw emotional truth, Medium Sized Monsters Meandering in my Medulla is both a tribute and resurrection - preserving the voice of a lost writer whose words refused to die. Filled with themes of brotherhood, addiction, redemption, grief, and survival, this darkly cinematic collection delivers the emotional intensity of transgressive fiction and the haunting realism of modern underground literature.
