This book is devoted to a philosophical and methodological exploration of modern technology-driven science in the context of the transition to Post-Science, the shifting paradigm of the categories of "life" and "death," and the rapid development of modern technologies. It argues for the need to develop new philosophical systems for understanding and evaluating technologies. Central to this are three complementary philosophical systems: the dual analytical system "D/D," which reveals the dynamics of opposites and the evolution of clinical thinking; the triadic cognitive system "A-B-C," which unites the popularization, conceptualization, and philosophization of knowledge; the "C-M-R-C" quadrant-evaluation system-"Goal-Means-Result-Consequences"-designed for a comprehensive study of medical technologies and their axiological outcomes. Particular attention is paid to new paradigms of death, concepts of death as a projected phenomenon, the binary antinomy of "Life-Death," as well as issues in transformational ethics. The book explores the possibility of restoring a balance between technological effectiveness, law, morality, and the principle of humanizing medicine.
