Me and the Prez, Drinking Under Stars Vol. 1

An adorably awkward office rom-com about a young woman finding her footing at work and the man who is devoted to seeing her succeed. After inheriting her late father’s printing company, Izutsu Reina (24) becomes its youngest president—along with all the pressure and isolation the title brings. At work, she’s known as a terrifying boss, driving herself and her employees to the breaking point. But one night, away from the office, department supervisor Ishizumi Kenichi encounters a very different Reina: alone in a quiet park, drink in hand, ranting beneath the stars and admitting she’s on the verge of giving up. Too exhausted—and too tipsy—to realize she’s confiding in one of her own subordinates, Reina lets her guard down completely. Listening in silence, Kenichi makes a quiet promise to support her—not as an employee, or an inferior, but simply as himself. As their secret nighttime meetings continue, a gently awkward, slightly improper romance begins to take shape—one where job titles fade away, and two lonely adults find comfort in honesty after hours.
