Marked as Christ's Own for Ever: A Devotional Journey Parents, Godparents, and the Baptized

At the font, water and the Holy Spirit mark a child as Christ's own for ever. Marked as Christ's Own For Ever walks parents, godparents, and sponsors through the promises made that day - one line of the Baptismal Covenant at a time.Rooted in Scripture and the Book of Common Prayer, forty short devotions follow the shape of the baptismal rite itself: the promises we make, the faith we confess in the Creed, and the daily habits and mission that flow from a life marked by the Spirit. Each devotion pairs a passage of Scripture with a brief meditation, a prayer, and a question for reflection together - so that families can return to these vows long after the day of baptism has passed.Written for anyone preparing for a child's baptism, and for every baptized believer who longs to live their own baptismal promises more deeply, this keepsake devotional turns a single sacred day into a lifelong journey of grace.
