Mahender Nath is one of the active fiction writer and novelists of the progressive age of Urdu, whose ten fiction collections and fourteen (14) novels are a significant part of Urdu literature. His second biggest introduction is that he is the younger brother of popular and well-known Urdu writer Krishan Chander. Mahender Nath's fictions show the process by which the man of the scientific society comes to the industrialized society by disintegrating or breaking down and loses all his traditions and values ¿¿by grinding in the mechanical indifference and economic mill of this society.
