It's 1984, and Mandy Wilt's life has never been better. She's finally managed to give up the ciggies and leave the biscuits alone, her kids are thriving at school, and Luxor, the Egypt-themed salon she brought with her divorce settlement, is the haunt of all the bright young things near the King's Road. Her ex, Dave, a once successful drummer, seems to be trying to make amends. As it stands, he can still make her laugh-and drive her to tears.
